ORDER TIMELINE

All Items available for purchase in the online shop are hand-built/crafted/printed/cast by me in advance. When stock on an item runs low, a new batch will be made within 5 to 7 business days. Notice of low supplies and slightly longer wait times will be posted with the items. If you are (un)lucky to be the person who purchases something and my computer and brain and stick pile don’t match up, you will be notified of any delay immediately.
Orders can process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* Dropped
* Submerged in water for extended periods of time
* Exposed to heat above 200 degrees

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods cannot be returned unless the product arrives defective.
